They are independent retailers that will offer you a complete service; from initial advice on which product would suit your needs to home surveys, product supply, quality installations and after sales service. Drugasar Ltd supports this network completely through its own customer service and technical management facilities.
The warranty of your DRU fire rests with the organisation that you purchased it from. In the event of either an installation or manufacturing fault, your initial remedy lies with your retailer. If this should happen when the product was purchased through your local approved DRU dealer, they will have the ability to utilise Drugasar’s resources to the full in order to help rectify any fault that may have occurred.
