Your after-sales support is through the supplying retailer, not Euroheat. It is a pre-requisite that the supplying Euroheat dealer attends to any warranty issues personally and on site before Euroheat will consider any warranty claims.
Internet based, discount sellers are never accredited Euroheat dealers and, therefore, may provide NO warranty backup.
If you are told that Euroheat will handle after-sales issues, you are being mis-led - Your contract is with the vendor not the manufacturer or importer!
