Installation of a stove where no flue existed:

Starting point. Old fireplace removed exposing the redundant gas flue - no good for a wood burner!		The metal framework has been assembled and tthe non-combustible lining has been started.		The covering has been completed and plastered. A twin-wall flue system is installed through the wall.		5 piece stone hearth and the Jotul 163 woodburning stove fitted. Ready to decorate.

Montfort in an unusually large inglenook. See below to see it when it's been decorated.		Wenlock in a very tight inglenook. The height is ok and allows heat to convect out satisfactorily. 5 piece Yorkstone hearth.		Wenlock in customer's prepared brick inglenook. This picture shows clearly the construction of a traditional chimney breast.

Didn't sleep much the night before!
