after-sales support is through the supplying Jotul Accredited
retailer, not Jotul UK. A supplying Jotul dealer must
attend to any warranty issues personally and on site before Jotul
UK will consider any warranty claims.
Internet based, discount sellers are never
accredited Jotul dealers and, therefore, provide NO
warranty backup.
If you are told that Jotul will handle after-sales issues, you
are being mis-led - They will not! If it is a non-UK sourced
stove, your only point of contact will be NORWAY !
