The recent appointment of the Euroheat Distributership now guarantees a higher level of support for dealers and customers. Euroheat have taken the decision to import only the latest generation of Rika stoves, many featuring their Rikatronic Combustion Control, plus the new Rika Pellet Stove range. We believe that pellet stoves, hugely popular on the continent, are due to "happen" in the UK.
Rika woodburning stoves are now supported by Euroheat through a carefully selected network of Rika Dealers. To be an Accredited Rika Woodburning Stove Dealer, Euroheat demand the highest levels of dealer competence, product knowledge plus customer service and backup. Your after-sales support is through the supplying Rika retailer, not Euroheat. It is a pre-requisite that the supplying Rika dealer attends to any warranty issues personally and on site before Euroheat will consider any warranty claims. Cheap Rika Stoves should be viewed with the utmost suspicion!
Internet based, discount sellers are never accredited Rika dealers and, therefore, may provide NO warranty backup.
If you are told that Euroheat will handle after-sales issues, you are being mis-led - Your contract is with the vendor not the manufacturer or importer!
